One of our homes is using Action for Happiness to focus each month on a different topic. This month they are working on self-compassion - coming up with ideas on how to be kinder not only to others, but also to themselves. The idea is that if we want to help others and create a happier world, it is important to remember to be kind to ourselves too. Self-care isn't selfish - it's essential! We look forward to hearing about examples of self-compassion.
