At Oracle Care and Education, we place young people in an environment that enables them to feel safe and supported.
The Business Development Team is responsible for processing all referrals made to Oracle.
We provide an initial response to all enquiries as soon as possible, advising whether we could potentially offer a placement. We then collect comprehensive matching feedback from our Registered Managers, Head Teachers and Principal Psychologist. Following this we hope to confirm that we can offer a suitable placement to meet the young person's needs.
We encourage social workers, parents/guardians and the young person in question to visit our homes and schools prior to admission.
Once placement is confirmed, we work to ensure a smooth transition including the completion of required paperwork.
In addition to more planned placements, we are now also able to offer emergency or same day placements.
