Residential Care Workers required in Bedford and Congelton to work flexible hours
£9.00 per hour — plus £18.00 per sleep in
We will pay a monthly retainer of £100 on completion of at least one weekend per month

You will need the skills to be able to implement processes and procedures and develop a strong team ethos. Your normal working hours will be on an adhoc basis dependent upon need, covering annual leave, sickness and staffing levels. You will accrue annual leave based on the number of hours you complete.
