Our current job opportunities are:

Residential Care Workers — South Cheshire/North Staff area
Package from £15,000 to £19,000
depending on qualifications and experience

Due to company expansion we require 6 experienced Residential Care Workers to join our team. You will need the skills to be able to implement processes and procedures and develop a strong team ethos. 

The successful candidates will already have

  • Must have proven experience in residential child care including key worker
  • NVQ 3 qualified in childcare and must undertake mandatory training
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Report writing experience
  • Able to understand and empathise with the needs of the young people
  • Full manual driving licence
  • Must be at least 21 (National Minimum Standards)

Education Support Worker in Congleton — position to start 1 September 2010
Package from £13,000 to £15,000
depending on qualifications and experience, term time only, 8.30 to 4.30

Applicants must have an excellent performance and attendance record.

The candidate

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly self motivated
  • Committed to getting things done and can work autonomously
  • Must have a positive disposition and lead by example
  • Organised and able to multi task

Skills and qualifications

  • Qualified to ‘GCSE’ level or equivalent
  • 1 year’s general admin experience preferably in a school setting
  • Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour/special needs
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Self starter who demonstrates a high level of motivation and commitment
  • Full manual driving licence

Desirable

  • Knowledge of National Minimum and Ofsted Standards
  • Knowledge of national curriculum
  • Experience of working within a team with a multi agency approach
  • Outdoor education qualification

Residential Care Workers required in Bedford and Congelton to work flexible hours
£9.00 per hour — plus £18.00 per sleep in
We will pay a monthly retainer of £100 on completion of at least one weekend per month

Due to company expansion we require experienced Bank Residential Care Workers to join our team. You will need the skills to be able to implement processes and procedures and develop a strong team ethos. Your normal working hours will be on an adhoc basis dependent upon need, covering annual leave, sickness and staffing levels. You will accrue annual leave based on the number of hours you complete.
