Steve Gray has extensive experience in working with children and families. Trained as a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, with postgraduate qualifications in forensic behavioural science and management science/organisational psychology, he is also a qualified social worker.

Steve has a particular interest in helping young people with complex and challenging needs, having worked in community and secure settings. He was instrumental in establishing a national resource for young people who display sexually harmful behaviour or have psychosexual problems due to developmental or victim/abuse experiences.
