Therapeutic residential care

We participate in the Community of Communities 'peer reveiw' system.

Oracle Care has been designed to offer a sequential, task-centred approach in order that each young person’s placement goals are achieved. Our young people often present a diverse range of complex needs and case management challenges.  We undertake a comprehensive programme of assessment and therapeutic interventions geared towards providing a multi-agency response to the prevention and modification of risk/challenging behaviours.

Within the residential environment we offer an integrated child/young person focussed therapeutic approach, providing safe boundaries and creative opportunities for the enhancement of personal wellbeing and responsibility.

The application of interventions within all aspects of daily living is central to successful outcomes. We have created an organisational culture based upon an explicit team approach. This enhances clarity of purpose and serves to enrich a sense of belonging and identity for young people and adults alike.

The young people’s homes are strategically located within, or near to communities to enable safe integration.  Our placements are configured to accommodate those who may benefit from a solo placement or small-group experience with either one or two other young people. All young people are supervised on a one-to–one or two-to-one staffing ratio.
